These local rules of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma are promulgated under the authority of Title 28, United States Code, Section 2071 and Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. These local civil rules are promulgated to supplement the Federal Rules of Procedure with local Court procedure.
