RULES FOR USE

• Use this procedure when submitting criminal plea-related documents (i.e., plea agreements and petitions to enter plea of guilty) to the Court pursuant to LCrR11. Criminal plea related documents must be submitted at least three business days before the change of plea hearing.


• Direct any questions about this procedure to the Clerk's office at 918-699-4700.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. If the change of plea is before a magistrate judge, email the documents to the Court at changeofplea_oknd@oknd.uscourts.gov.
2. If the change of plea is before Judge Hill, email the documents to Lauren Lewis at lauren_lewis@oknd.uscourts.gov.
3. If the change of plea is before Judge Russell, email the documents to Christy Butler at christy_butler@oknd.uscourts.gov.
