Proposed changes to local rules are available for public comment. Proposed changes include the adoption of New LCvR15-1 that will replace Current LCvR7-1(h), substantive changes to several rules, and stylistic changes.
Comments on proposed changes may be emailed to the court, with a subject line “Comments on Proposed 2026 Local Rules,” at:
