Many proposed changes are for style, clarity, or consistency with other rules. Changes to 16‐1(a) condense that subsection and eliminate duplicative provisions. Rule 16‐1(c)(2) is eliminated as unnecessary as the federal rule covers sanctions. Extensive changes to 16‐2 were made. 

Changes are made to provide additional language regarding who may and may not appear pro se and to provide additional guidance to pro se parties.

Proposed changes address concerns that party is in better position than counsel to have timely knowledge of bankruptcy filing and thus the party should be responsible for notifying the Court.
